Karen Maxwell is an experienced Stage and Production Manager with over 5 years working history, nationally and in Darwin, including the 2004 productions Tin Hotel (Darwin Theatre Company), The Pearler (Business Unusual) and Clan (Bangarra Dance Theatre).

With her partner Elka Kerkhofs Karen also runs ‘Karelka Productions’ which produces short films and selected multimedia theatre shows including The Tube, 2001.

RUST is the second project Karen will have worked on with Tracks Dance Theatre after joining the fabulous team for SNAKES GODS & DEITIES in 2004.
