Kathryn started dancing at the age of 3 at an RAD ballet school in Katoomba, NSW. She continued ballet when she moved up to Darwin in 2003 with Palmerston Ballet School taking on the new style of Checcetti. Kathryn also attends Darwin High School and was introduced to contemporary style dance by Julia Quinn. She has taken on many knew and different dance styles in the past few years, ranging from, contemporary to hip-hop, ballroom to ballet and more.

Kathryn was involved in the 2006 tracks production MR BIG and also the 2008 production STRUCK.

She is determined in her dance career and is currently studying year 12 dance in her final school year, her mentor Ms Sarah Calver..."I have learnt a lot from the Darwin dance community and what it has to offer. I am thankful to have worked with Tracks Dance Company as it has extending my skills as a performer and challenged me as a dancer to break boundaries. Dancing is no longer what I do anymore....its apart of who I am."
