Tracks has a special commitment to building a dance community for the future through young people. Over the three years that they have formalised this commitment they have identified and worked with a key group of young talented dancers. These Youth Dance Leaders work as mentors to other young dancers in all Tracks' performances that have a youth focus.

Tracks 2007 Youth Dance leaders are Ricky Borg, Imanuel Dado, Erwin Fenis, Karajayne Handberg, Kathryn Lawrence, Rachael Pen-Dennis, John Rigas, Vera Tabuzo, Paul Viojan, and Koel Wrigley. With special youth dancers Xavier Burrow, Ciella Williams, and Poppy Hart.

Past Youth Dance Leaders have been Marko Taopo, Josh Mu, Kristy Rickert, Cristina Pantazis, Tara Robertson, Tim Omaji, Lydia Szczyglowski, Erwin Fenis, Byron Low, Matthew Cornell, Ruttiya Suansri, Justine Clarke, Maximilliana Gonzales Finestone, Jessica Rosewarne, Kelly Beneforti and Corina Nichols.
