Julia Quinn (Filipino Irish) founded Juniper Tree Dance Co as a co-director. She has performed and choreographed for several Tracks productions. She has taught extensively and is currently head dance teacher at Darwin High School. She was a choreographer for the Tracks 2002 youth dance production Ignite.

In 2003 Julia took up the position of Dance Animateur with Tracks where she choreographed the opening ceremony of the Arafura Games and worked with the Tracks’ Youth Dance Group, the Grey Panthers, Kilos Kultura (Filipino cultural performance group) and many cultural and dance groups around Darwin.
