Nick has over eighteen years varied experience in the Northern Territory Public Service. He is a ‘big-picture” man, with a ‘whole of Government’ paradigm to project management and problem solving, and varied experiences in the workings of the Northern Territory Government. Currently he is Director Transport Safety for Department of Planning and Infrastructure. He is an excellent facilitator, communicator, and with an appreciation of the legal, political and social environment Nick has an ability to quickly establish networks.

Nick comes form a long term Darwin Greek family. As a young man, he was involved in the Pan Hellenic Youth Society both as president and as a committee member, and the Greek Glenti Festival Committee, assisting in organising the first six festivals. He was the co-convener for two National Union of Greek Australian Students Conventions in Darwin (1989 and 1994), attracting 120 participants from around Australia and involved in a 10 day social itinerary.
