Susan Congreve has been an independent arts development consultant in the Territory for many years. She has worked extensively with Indigenous art and craft centres, local government and community organisations. She has a passionate interest in community development and the arts.

In previous years, Susan has been the Manager of Warlukurlangu Artists and the Executive Officer of ANKAAA during its rebuilding phase from 2001-03. In this capacity Susan has lobbied government and the private sector for funding and other kinds of support to build the capacity of art centres and raise awareness of the Indigenous arts.
