"it’s better than taking
a pill…"
Glad Morris (86), a founding member
In 1988 Tracks formed the Grey Panthers,
a unique group of Territory women predominantly over
60. With over 1,200 collective years of wisdom they
dance, sing, act, write, perform drill marching and
poetry, and ride on the back of Harley-Davidson bikes
in street parades.
There is very little these women have
not done!
The Grey Panthers perform regularly
for special events, especially for older adults, women
and health organisations such as the Arthritis Foundation,
U3A, Senior Territorian Art Award, International Women’s
Day, and the Administrator’s Pleasure annual
charity concert.
Together they have written, designed
and performed in five major full length performances.
