Responsible for the company’s program, conception and artistic direction of all productions. Tim and David are also responsible for managing commissioned work and for the engagement of all artists and performers to realise these works.
Responsible for the management of the company including overall office management, production management, marketing, public relations and sponsorship, and human resources.
Responsible for artistic leadership in the community. Involved in various ways with training, the facilitation, creation and direction of performances.
