Contemporary
multicultural youth dance at its most dynamic. Seventeen
of Darwin’s young people told their own stories
of hardship and joy, pressure and release, the search
for responsibility, the desire for freedom. It showed
what ignites young people’s passions. |

| With a cast
that represented the many cultures of Darwin, the Ignite
dancers made the audience burn! Performed on the car
park rooftop of Casuarina Square, the largest shopping
centre in Darwin and the place where Darwin’s
youth hang out. |
