Marg Lee

Marg Lee is the go to gal for Palmerston Seniors if you want to get anything done, and sits on various committees including the Palmerston Seniors Advisory Committee, and is the President of  the Palmerston and Rural Seniors Committee and Seniors Fortnight of Activities.

Having lived remotely for many years, she relocated to Darwin where she found a place to continue her music, theatre and dancing endeavours. Marg was the Palmerston Senior of the Year in 2015, and not only dances with Tracks but plays for and conducts the Palmerston Senior Songsters, a very active group of entertainers.

Marg joined the Grey Panthers in 2004 and has been a solid Tracks member since, performing in several major seasons, many one-off dance events, often for charities and seniors groups.

“I felt inspired when I found a group that celebrated and empowered elderly performers … I’ve formed some wonderful friendships. The camaraderie and support we have for each other will last a lifetime.”
